AFTER SCHOOL
At The ROCK, we believe every student deserves access to high-quality Out-of-School Time programs in a safe, supportive, and engaging environment. Our highly trained staff have been working on getting everything ready for the school year. We can’t wait to welcome your teen!
How to Register
Advance registration is required for The ROCK programs and events.
To enroll your student, simply click the registration link below and complete the online registration form. During registration, you’ll be able to select the payment option that best fits your family’s needs.
Payment Options
Did you know: It costs The ROCK approximately $19.50 per day to provide high-quality afterschool programming for each student? To help support program operations while keeping opportunities accessible for families, we offer flexible payment options.
Annual Enrollment
- Register and make one payment for $180 at the beginning of the school year.
- Your student can attend afterschool programming throughout the school year.
- Friday Night Events and PD Day/Snow Day programs can each be added for $90 during registration to hold your spot now, or you can choose to add these drop-in events at a future date.
Monthly Enrollment
- Register once and pay $20 monthly. Payments will automatically recur each month until cancellation.
- Your student can attend afterschool programming throughout the month.
- Friday Night Events and PD Day/Snow Day programs can each be added for $10/month during registration to hold your spot now, or you can add these drop-in events at a future date.
Drop-in Event Registration
- Sign up only for the Friday Night Events or PD Day/Snow Day programs your family needs for $10 each event. Drop-in event registration will be available until all slots are filled.
Scholarships Available
We understand that sometimes families need a little extra help. If the cost is ever a concern, we offer scholarships to ensure your child can still join us and experience all the fun and learning! Please don’t hesitate to ask for assistance. It’s available for everyone who needs it, and we are happy to help. We are committed to working with families to ensure every student has the opportunity to participate, learn, grow, and connect.
Simply check the scholarship request box on the registration form, and you will receive notification within 24-48 hours.

ADDITIONAL PROGRAMS
🎉 Friday Night Program
The ROCK is thrilled to introduce Friday Parties, our newest and most exciting program—held once a month on Friday evenings at our teen space! These nights are designed just for teens, offering a vibrant mix of socializing, hands-on activities, and meaningful learning in a fun, safe environment.
Whether it’s games, hands-on activities, or themed events, Friday Nights are a chance for your teen to connect, grow, and enjoy a night out.
📘PD Days
When schools close for staff training, our program stays open! Your child can enjoy a full day of learning, creativity, and fun—all in a safe, welcoming space at The ROCK.
❄️Snow Days
No need to scramble when school is canceled due to weather. We provide a warm, secure environment at The ROCK where your child can spend the day engaged and cared for.
