Opening a New Afterschool Site for High School Teens
This year, we expanded our reach by opening a brand-new afterschool site dedicated to high school teens. This space provides a safe, supportive environment where young people can learn, grow, and discover their potential. Read our blog post from October showcasing the new space!
Enhancing our Accreditation
In 2025, all of our afterschool sites achieved licensing with the state of Michigan, and our OST leadership team earned their Michigan Youth Development Associate Certification. These achievements highlight the role of The ROCK as a safe, high-quality provider of out-of-school time activities for teens in the region. Hosting Our First Community-wide PeerLIFT Event
In partnership with United Way of Midland County, we hosted our very first PeerLIFT community event, welcoming Molly Kennedy for a gathering that united our community around the message of strength, hope, and connection.
